а) Вынесем общий множитель:

$$ (23 \cdot \frac{11}{25}) \cdot \frac{5}{43} + (20 \cdot \frac{11}{25}) \cdot \frac{5}{43} = \frac{11}{25} \cdot \frac{5}{43} \cdot (23+20) $$
$$ = \frac{11}{25} \cdot \frac{5}{43} \cdot 43 = \frac{11 \cdot 5}{25} = \frac{11}{5} $$

б) Аналогично:

$$ (47 \cdot \frac{1}{26}) \cdot \frac{13}{27} — (20 \cdot \frac{1}{26}) \cdot \frac{13}{27} = \frac{1}{26} \cdot \frac{13}{27} \cdot (47-20) $$
$$ = \frac{1}{26} \cdot \frac{13}{27} \cdot 27 = \frac{13}{26} = \frac{1}{2} $$
